Property Owner: Meet with property owner, preview home and researchcurrent rental prices . Video vacant property with owner, copy to DVD format. Review rental agreement documents and applicaton procedures and policies form

Advertising Your Property: Take photo's of property for flyers and online advertising. Launch your personal domain name online (example: 123MainStreet.com). "For Rent" sign and domain name rider on post in front of house. Flyer box with flyers attached to sign post. Classified ad in local newspaper (Press Democrat) and Craigslist

Tenant Application Process: Credit check on each applicant over 18 and emanicated minor. Research and verify each applicants information. Meet with property owner and review applicant's information. Final approval for all applicants is property owner's decision

 Rental Agreement/Deposit/Move-in: Prepare rental agreement documents. Rental agreement is signed by tenants and property owner. Collect first month's rent and security deposit. Move-in check list and video property with tenant, copy to DVD format for property owner and tenant

Property Owner/Tenant Package: Property owner receives file with signed rental agreement, tenant's applicaton, cashier's check for first month's rent and security deposit, DVD of owner's inspection and tenant's move-in inspection. Tenant receives file with signed rental agreement, tenant's application, copy of cashier's check for first month's rent and security deposit, and DVD of tenant's move-in inspection
