If you are in need of an absolutely patient, sharp, and on-the-ball realtor, have I got someone for you!  Her name is Denise Sperling with Frank Howard Allen.

My wife and I worked with Denise for two years trying to find the home of our dreams.  We were very picky and specific about what we wanted and she was tireless in her search.  The minute a house in our price range and of the style we were looking for came on the market, Denise called us and emailed us about it and set up a showing if we desired.  For two long years she hunted and searched for us making us feel like her only client.
